New books for Wednesday September 11th, 2013 (Never Forget)

The Villains Month 3D covers are beautiful and a hit at only $3.99. (They’re almost hard to look at) All Villains month stories are stand alone stories featuring a different villain. Here’s what’s up for this week!

X-Men Battle of the Atom continues this week with X-Men #5 (Part 3).

What a great story this turned out to be. We’ve got young Cyclops and Jean Grey on the run and in love. And what’s with that creepy old Deadpool from the future? X-men Battle of the Atom is a ten part storyline running through the main X-men titles. Not overwhelming at all at only one book per week from now till the end. Plus…This book also has a 1:25 LEGO Variant!

Walking Dead #114 will be out this Wednesday!

This is the last issue before ALL OUT WAR issue #115! Just a heads up to everyone that we will be having an event for the midnight release of Walking Dead #115 on the night of Tuesday October 8th! We’re going beyond what Image has even laid out for the event by turning this into a one hour Image appreciation night! We’ll try to make it worth your wild to come out at Midnight on a Tuesday! More information to come! Mark your calender so another midnight Tuesday night event doesn’t conflict with it. 😛

Of course this Wednesday we’ll also have a full compliment of other books! We’re also working hard this week to put up new shelves in the new comic book wall area. This renovation will allow us to have an additional 144 slots to feature the ever expanding world of small press comic books. (so please don’t mind our dust, It’s for the greater good)
