Batman Arkham Origins Early Release Event this Thursday (10/24)

Hey Everybody! It’s Ben! We’re at it again!

Batman: Arkham Origins has been on the horizon as one of the last major releases for this generation of video game systems. Come celebrate with Carol and Johns Comics Shop & Kamm’s Plaza GameStop and get your Dark Knight video game fix for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

On Thursday October 24th at 10pm both GameStop and the Comic Shop will be open for business! We will both be promoting the new Batman game and Batman merchandise as well as upcoming games and comics. The game itself will release and be available for pick-up at GameStop at midnight!

At GameStop you can finish paying off your game’s pre-order and participate in trivia with cool prizes. Details on pre-paying and getting your number for your game pickup can be found there. (216) 251-0118

At Carol and Johns we have all of our Batman related merchandise, comics and graphic novels 20% off for the two hours we’re open! Holy Batman! We’ll also have a few very recognizable guest stars stopping by so bring your cameras and keep ’em handy. (ie come out to get your picture taken with Keith Miller, our national costume contest winning Joker!) I’ll also be pulling out John’s 8-Bit video game systems again! So we can play some Atari Spiderman and Sega Avengers while we wait for midnight!

The Game Stop crew and I have been working super hard to make this a great couple of hours of fun and sales leading up to a great release of a great game! We’ll see you Thursday at the shop!
