Summer Back Issue Sale and New Comic Release for 6-11-2014
Not only do we have this week’s featured new releases, we’ve also decided to do a huge week long back issue sale! (If you’ve been waiting to visit the shop from out of town, we’re giving you a reason!)
We’ll get to the particular’s of the sale in a minute but first, here’s some new and cool stuff coming out this Wednesday, June 11th.
This week mark’s the first part of the new Wolverine epic, “3 Months to Die” in Wolverine issue #8!
Starting here and continuing to Wolverine issue #12, it’s the beginning of the end for Wolverine. That’s right! It’s time for another tacky comic book Cliche’! At the very least this issue has Iron Fist and Shang-Chi in it. This whole hullabaloo will culminate in the “Death of Wolverine” mini series coming this September, but it all starts here!
Having fun with Original Sin? Here’s something goofy you might like, Originals Sins #1! (notice the extra S)
Working as an abstract companion piece to Original Sin, this five issue mini series will have short stories about lesser known Marvel characters getting their secrets exposed while learning some secret stuff themselves. This issue features Deathlock, Young Avengers and Lockjaw (!). It’s not a crossover, it’s just extra fun!
This one is an Original Sin crossover though, Deadpool #30.
Just had to share Mark Brooks amazing Deadpool / Dazzler cover art. I suspect she’s in the book too!

Walking Dead #127 was a double sized issue that marked a brand new starting point for the series and sold out across the country. (including our shop.) In addition to the new issue, #128, coming out this week, we’ll be offer the reprint of #127 for only $1.00. How’s that Eric! For real though, it’s a great book. Grab issues #127 and #128 back to back. It’ll only cost you $3.99 total and you’ll be In Like Flynn.

From Monday June 9th till Sunday June 15th we’ll be offering 50% Off all out Red Tag back issues. (which is about 98% of them)
We’ll also have 25% Off all the other Blue Tagged back issues. (which is the other 2% and includes all DC New 52 and Marvel NOW books)
The Big News is we’ve opened up the foyer and we will have all of the small press back issues in there and in order for only 50 cents each! That’s over 20,000 comics!
These books are always in the back room at the shop so this is your chance to finally browse through them.
To go with them we’ll also have 20,000 DC back issues in order at only 50 cents each too.
This is absolutely a rare opportunity and a great chance to look through some quality back issue at a great price. THIS IS OUR ENTIRE SMALL PRESS BACK ISSUE INVENTORY FOR ONLY 50 CENTS EACH! Nothing was held back, so get ready to dig around for some great stuff.
