New Comic Releases for 3-9-2016
This week will be short and simple, though it’s still kind of a big week.
Here’s the featured new releases coming out this Wednesday, March 9th, 2016.

Batman Vs Superman is only a little over two weeks away and during the month of March DC will be offering another round of black poly bagged variants to coincide with the release.
These sealed variants will have an equal mix of penciled, inked and colored covers inside. Word’s not out yet about whether or not this round will have original art in them like the Harley Quinn black bag variants.
This week’s titles include:
- Action Comics #50
- Batman Superman #30
- Detective #50
Future titles include:
- Batman #50
- Batgirl #50
- Grayson #18
- Robin Son of Batman #10
- Superman #50
- Superman Wonder Woman #27
- Wonder Woman #50

MARVEL HEADLINERS
Avengers Stand-Off continues this week in Uncanny Avengers #7 and Agents of SHIELD #3.
This two month event will culminate with the return of Steve Rogers as Captain America just in time for Civil War in May. Here’s a complete checklist of the event.
Deadpool’s still living large in the shop after a successful movie, and this week we’ve got Spider-Man Deadpool #3.
This week we’ll also have second prints on all of the Deadpool one dollar specials, ten books that highlight great issues in Wade’s career. A great history lesson on the character for only ten bucks total.
IDW AND ALL AGES
IDW is trying something special this month as well, with weekly ‘what if’ one shots of their licensed properties called Deviations. This week we see what happens if Mulder was abducted as a child instead of his sister in X-Files Deviations #1.
Future story include the Ghostbusters, Transformers, GI JOE and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. (what if Shredder lead the turtles?!)
This week also offers some all ages titles that are worth the trip, like the first issue of Disney Princess and Action Cat by Art and Franco.
