Hello Comic Shop Friends! We have quite a week happening!
First, this is a reminder that we will be closed on Sunday, the 20th, for Easter. But you have plenty of time during the week to shop!
Come on out on Thursday the 17th for Late Nite Comics! We’ll stay open until midnight, and starting at 8pm all back issues will be 50% off! Including the wall! We’re putting out over 60 long boxes of dollar stock and they’ll all be 50 cents each! No qualifiers!
This is the Late Nite Comics that is helping to fund Free Comic Book Day this year, so help us give you free comics by picking up some 50 cent books and half off back issues!
Can’t make it on Thursday? We’ll also have all in store dollar books for 50 cents each all day Friday and Saturday. We should have some Superman dollar stock out for Superman Day as well!
Then, on Friday the 18th, it’s Superman Day! There are three free comics we’ll have to hand out that day:

There will also be some Superman Day exclusives, like this Action Comics facsimile!
While you’re in, pick up one of our Free Comic Book Day posters featuring Superman in Cleveland! Get one free with a purchase, and if you’d like to promote FCBD at work or school, we’ll gladly let you take a couple to hang up!
Free Comic Book Day is Saturday, May 3rd, from 10am to 7pm. You’ll be able to pick twelve books from the 45 titles we’ll have, and they will be divided by all ages, teens, and adults on the tables. There’s something for everyone!
There will be local artists and vendors set up in the FCBD room, so after you grab your free comics, hang out and spend some money with them! Support your local artists!
There will be a few different cosplayers around for the event, including The Bee! From 10am to 1pm get your picture with a life size Transformer!
The Rust Belt Monster Collective will be doing their mural painting outside of the shop as well!
Free Comic Book Day is always a great day, so come on out!

Please welcome Venomouse, Venomizer, an alternative Venom, and Mandy’s Phlegm to the Venomverse in these five new shorts! First, Mat Groom and Luciano Vecchio begin “The Hive Mind”’s search for the Venomverse leader. “Venomouse” is leading a rebellion in Erica Schultz and Dylan Burnett’s story. Then, David Dastmalchian and Juan Jose Ryp give us the Power Pack! Now with more Venom! This super-sized special is three chapters of “The Past, the Present, the Future” from Mark Waid, Dan Slott, Joshua Williamson, Jorge Jimenez, Balen Ortega and Dan Mora. It’s John Henry Irons and Lana Lang’s big day! But before they can say their vows, Validus appears in the same spot as a past run-in with young Clark Kent. As storms tear through Smallville, Superman and his allies rush to save the town’s citizens. Why has Validus appeared again? How does it tie into the future of the DCU? If you read the DC All In special, this continues that story and leads into the new era of Superman! The Summer of Superman continues with Action Comics #1087, Superman #28, Superman Unlimited #1, Supergirl #1, Krypto: The Last Dog of Krypton #1, and Adventures of Superman: Book of El #1!

To his brothers, Donatello is losing his mind, but he may be the only one of the four that knows exactly what is going on in their city. He hears Splinter, but his brothers do not. April is searching New York for a “friend”, and her search leads her to Rat Alley. Is Splinter leading his children from beyond the dead? Will they all learn to listen?
