Just a quick note to thank everyone that came out to Halloween ComicFest this year. We gave out a record amount of books and has record attendance. AKRON COMICON We also wanted to let you know that we’ll be at Akron Comicon this Weekend, our favorite comic show in the area. Ben, Jason and John D will be there on Saturday, and Jason and John Shearer will be there on Sunday. We’re basically going down there to have fun and liquidate product, so be sure to look for us and say hi. I’ll also be one of the judges for the costume contest on Saturday at 4:30! (We donate participation prizes to all the kids who enter.) Spider-Man, Superman and the Lost Boys

Spider-Man starts a new storyline, Marvel NOW continues, some cool new Indies from Image, a solid Superman hardcover and the Lost Boys, all this week at CNJComics. Here’s the featured new releases coming out this Wednesday, October 12 2016! Spider-Man’s sporting a new storyline this week that begins in Dead No More: The Clone Conspiracy #1 by Dan Slott and Jim Cheung. Featuring the return of classic Spidey villains the Lizard, Rhino, Electro and Doc Ock, as well as what looks to be the return of Gwen Stacey. The Jackal has the key to eternal life, and he’s regenerating the people closest to these villains to gain their allegiance. Dan Slott wrote the popular Spider-Verse, while Cheung has done some solid work in Young Avengers.
