Hi Comic Shop Friends! Thanks to all of you who came out for “The Bee” event! Here’s a few pictures of the staff: And get your Halloween costumes ready, because we have one last event this month! This Saturday is Trick or Read! Come out from 10am to 4pm and Trick or Treat Yo Self to some free comics and candy! Free comics! You can pick up one of each of the seven titles if you’re in costume, and a couple titles if you aren’t. John will bring out some other freebies for the day too! Halloween candy! And just announced: Back Issues will be 50% off all day Saturday the 26th! If you weren’t able to make it to Late Nite Comics this month, here’s your chance to grab some half off back issues! November 10th Tony Fleecs will be here with Tone Rodriguez from 2pm to 5pm! We do still have some of the Tour Exclusive Feral variants left. Hello, creepy Comic Shop Friends! I hope your October has been full of spooky stuff so far. We have some great horror picks this week following the shop events! This Thursday the 17th is Late Nite Comics! The photo is because John won’t be here, so we’re running the show! All the dollar stock will be 50 cents each! Yes, 50 cents! No qualifiers, so if you only find one book, it’s only 50 cents! Find 100, still only 50 cents each! All back issues, including the wall, will be 50% off! It’s the perfect time to check some stuff off your want lists, and help us make room for more new collections! Then on Saturday the 19th from 11 am to 1 pm stop out and meet Bumblebee! We’ll have free copies of Transformers #1 to hand out, and free prints by Erin Schechtman Caruso with a retro and modern Bumblebee! Halloween ComicFest at CNJComics 10-26-2019

It’s only two more weeks until out 8th Annual Halloween ComicFest! Halloween ComicFest is like a little Free Comic Book Day, with FREE comic created just for the day by all the major publishers! The event runs from 10 am to 7 pm, and we have a photographer on hand to take pictures between 10 am and 3 pm.  We also have candy! (We’re a big believer in healthy snacks but not so much on Halloween) There are 28 books to choose from and we allow people in costume to take one of each if they like! (People not in costume are also welcome to stop by and pick out five comics.) Of these 28 books, 15 are rated ALL-AGES, 12 are rated TEEN, and only one is rated MATURE. (Which we keep up and away from the rest) Full-size comic books include: DCeased #1: A DC Universe Zombie story! Miles Morales Spider-Man #0: The first appearance of Miles Morales as Spider-Man! Star Wars Boba Fett #1: A stand-alone story and a great tie-in to Disney+’s The Mandalorian series premiering...
